PATIENT CARE

Customized Service - USC CRL will provide you with all the necessary request forms, courier services, specimen archiving, custom reports, and much more. Our aim is to meet your service needs.

One-Stop Laboratory - USC CRL contracts with many other reference laboratories and will send out any tests not performed in house so that you, the client, only have to send specimens to one location. This greatly reduces the workload of the sendout personnel in your business.

Phlebotomy Services - USC CRL offers phlebotomy services to all patients with a valid doctor's prescription / requisition. All Phlebotomists are highly experienced, certified professionals who offer the utmost in sensitive patient care.

Price - USC CRL appreciates the importance of cost-effective testing and is competitive in the current marketplace. It is owned by the University of Southern California, a private, non-profit, public benefit corporation.

Turn-Around - Most tests are performed daily ensuring that results are rapidly available by internet, fax, teleprinting, or courier. Results are available through the internet as soon as the test is completed.

Billing - USC CRL will bill directly to the client, patient or the patient's insurance. A contracted, superb billing service timely manages all insurance and private patient accounts for USC CRL and experienced billing personnel are available on-site to service patient needs and questions.
